| Job Description | Responsibilities
Achieve disbursement targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market/HDFC Bank Branch network and alternate channels.
Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
Ensure healthy LG to LC ration
Achieve targets of crosssell products.
Timely feedback/MIS to Seniors |
| Desired Profile | Requirements
Mortgage/Home Loans Experience of 1-3 yrs.
Graduate / MBA in Finance will be prefferred .
Should have experience in Branch/DSA handling.
Knowledge of Legal/Technical evaluation will be an advantage.
