1. Candidate must have worked in Domestics/3PL Logistics Marketing role with any Logistics/Transportation service provider.
2. Knowledge of following is preferable.

• Plan and implement Domestic movement strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
• Investigate, plan and implement strategically effective and relevant transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the organization and its suppliers and customers.
• Development of associates in different states across the country.

Candidates currently based in Northern India / North East India are preferable.

Job Description

Primary

1. Generate domestic, containerised cargo.
2. Evolution of Effective Supply Chain Solutions to manage complexities of Vast Range of Cargoes, Huge Transaction Volumes, Extremely Dynamic Operating Environment and need of integration between Transport and Warehouse Operations.
3. Overall incharge of the 3PL business.
4. Managing Supply Chain Conflicts and Distribution Costs.
5. Identifying and acting upon all new business opportunities within the account.
6. Cross functionally interacting with the other departments to resolve any issues arising with the customer
7. Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of domestic cargo transportation activities.
8. Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
9. Adhere to local and externally relevant health and safety laws and policies.

Secondary

1. Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to domestic activities.
2. Manage/liaise with stock control, warehousing and distribution activities influenced by or reliant upon Domestic activities.
3. Sourcing of empty container for domestic movement.
