We at Honeywell, Pune are looking for BE Chemical/Instrumentation with 2-8 yrs experience in refinery operations/ Technical Services/ MES.

Job Description -

•Manage the development of conceptual, functional and detailed technical design specifications and provides technical leadership, support and broad expertise for a discipline ( PHD, PB,OM, KPI etc)

•Ensures that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, and budget) are in place prior to commencing work

•Participates and manages the Implementation & Testing for multi discipline projects

•Executes work assignment to appropriate standards and quality systems (Design, Implementation, Test & Documentation)

•Validates and reviews the work of others

•Coaches and supports assigned personnel to ensure they are able to meet the requirements of their work assignments

•Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan

•Effectively communicates with customers to fully define, agree & implement project requirements

•Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group

•Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other disciplines

•Reports progress and technical problems to project and engineering managers

•Deploys standard processes, tools and methodologies in project delivery ( WSEM, quality process)
