-To ensure that each Client undergoes a consistent high-level eye examination.
-To make recommendations to the Client regarding the best visual correction method for them individually, including the best lenses for their appliance
-To give support to GOPL team in satisfying the needs of Client.
-To do zero error refraction and contact lens practice.
•To conduct both manual and technical testing.
•Supervising and dispensing of prescriptions for corrective glasses.
•Consultation to customers regarding frame and contact lenses.
•Coordinate with sales executive and communicating them regarding specific customer need whenever there is a requirement for special cases.
•Coordinate with cashier regarding sale and reordering of lenses.
•Negotiating contact lenses prices keeping in mind the profitability of the company as well as the customer.
•Testing methods, standards and facilitation of the right solution for eye defects.
•Demonstrating use of optical aids specially contacts lens, reminding customers about the Do and Don’ts
•Implementing CRMs for contact lenses.
•Maintaining customer database for follow up on contact lenses reordering.
•Follow up calls to customers for re order of lenses prior to expiry date.
•Maintaining customer database for follow up on contact lenses reordering.
•Maintaining technical equipments and machineries in the best of conditions
