Candidate will be responsible for assigning and redirecting tickets
Involved in Workflow /queue coordination
Follow up on tickets for closure
Validating the closure
Tracking SLA performance and requesting agents to expedite response / resolution process to maintain the required SLA.
Candidate should be open for 24/7 Environment, Any project.
